We offer therapy and counseling, psychiatric medication management, EMDR therapy, Spravato (esketamine), IV ketamine therapy, TMS therapy, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), couples therapy, and telehealth psychiatry. Care is delivered by board-certified psychiatrists at our St. George and Cedar City offices and by telehealth across Utah.
