Voted Best Psychiatrist in Southern Utah — 2023
We're honored and committed to continuing to provide comprehensive mental health care, TMS, Spravato, and ketamine therapy for Southern Utah.
From therapy and medication management to TMS, Spravato, ketamine, and IOP, we offer the full spectrum of psychiatric care under one roof, with treatment plans built around your diagnosis, history, and goals.

Spravato (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder. Administered in-office under clinical supervision, it offers faster relief for patients who haven't responded to oral antidepressants. Most patients see results within the first few sessions.

IV ketamine therapy delivers rapid relief for treatment-resistant depression, chronic pain, and severe anxiety through a controlled intravenous infusion. Patients typically experience meaningful improvement within hours to days. It's one of the most effective options for those who haven't responded to traditional treatments.
See If I Qualify
Our psychiatrists provide comprehensive medication management for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. We monitor your response, adjust dosages, and coordinate with your care team to keep your treatment effective and well-tolerated over time.

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment for depression that uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate underactive areas of the brain. With no systemic side effects and no downtime, TMS is an ideal alternative for patients who haven't found relief through medication.

Our licensed therapists provide individual therapy and psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health conditions. We integrate pharmacogenomic testing into your care to guide medication decisions alongside talk therapy, reducing trial and error for more targeted, effective treatment.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured mental health treatment for depression, anxiety, and trauma without requiring inpatient admission. With multiple weekly sessions of therapy, skills training, and psychiatric support, IOP offers a higher level of care than weekly therapy alone.

Dr. Hendleman and our clinical team treat a wide spectrum of psychiatric conditions in St. George, Cedar City, and via telehealth throughout Utah.

Sometimes life and events happen outside of our control. Accountability is a key component to wellness, and ensuring enough time to make appointments is very important. This is not meant to be punitive; much preparation and time goes into your appointment and with less than 24 hours notice that appointment time cannot be given to another patient.
